Why Use Good Posture?
Posture is important for sitting in office chairs and at a workstation. Many of us spend hours in front of the computer, resulting in back pain or neck pain. The Good Posture program is unique in its kind, developed by our experts of minidatatools.com, it is designed to help you keep track of your posture.
The Good Posture uses a web camera to track the position of your body. Sit straight and press "Fix the Position". The program recognizes the position of your face and makes a mark (green line on the screen of the camera). When you descend below the marked line, the program determines that you have violated your posture and will beep.
Your job shouldn't be causing you physical pain.
