You can use AnswerWIN to forecast service sevel, lost calls, average spped of answer, agent occupation, and to determine an optimal number of agents by finding the optimal balance between lost calls and agent costs.
In addition to AnswerWIN with graphical user interface, there is another product AnswerXLS which provides the complete function set as Excel addins.
